Cancellations and refunds are processed in accordance with the following policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated within 7–10 business days from the date of request submission and credited to the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

| 36 hours to 3 days (≥ 36 & < 72 hours) | 30% refund |
| Less than 36 hours | No refund |
| No-show / Failure to board | No refund |
If a scheduled trip is cancelled by Suraj Transport due to operational or unforeseen reasons, passengers will receive a full refund of the ticket fare, without any deduction.
In cases of unavoidable natural disasters or government restrictions, refund decisions will follow Suraj Transport’s management and local authority guidelines.
